Online checkout is currently available only for serviceable pincodes in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.

Telangana serviceability is restricted to pincodes 500001 to 509999. Andhra Pradesh serviceability is restricted to pincodes 515001 to 535999.

Orders outside these ranges cannot be accepted through online checkout at this stage.

Megham Chocolates orders are fulfilled by Chanumolu Foods Private Limited from Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India.

Orders are usually processed within 2 to 4 business days after payment confirmation, unless otherwise stated on the product page or during checkout.

Processing may take longer during launches, festive periods, public holidays, weather disruptions, or operational delays.

Estimated delivery is generally 3 to 7 business days after dispatch for serviceable locations.

Remote locations, weather disruptions, courier delays, or address issues may extend delivery timelines.

Chocolate can be affected by heat. During warmer months or unsuitable weather conditions, dispatch may be scheduled to reduce transit risk.

We may pause, delay, or reschedule dispatch where required to protect product quality.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, phone number, and any required landmark or instruction.

Megham Chocolates is not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect address details, unavailable recipients, or customer-side delivery refusal.

Shipping charges are calculated from the available live courier methods before payment.

Eligible online orders of ₹1000 or above receive free delivery, subject to serviceability and successful checkout validation.

Orders below ₹1000 will show the applicable live shipping charge before Razorpay payment opens.
